Cancellation requests must be submitted to cs@bigeggplant.com before the order enters processing or is dispatched. A cancellation request is not guaranteed to be successful.
Because our products may be ingestible or health-related, returns are generally not accepted after dispatch, including for unopened products, except where a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or otherwise eligible under applicable law.
All refunds, replacements, and returns are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.
9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
Contact cs@bigeggplant.com within seven days of delivery if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, defective, or incorrect.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product, package, and shipping label.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
